Teacher with breast cancer gets a big pick-me-up from PS22 kids' chorus
Young singers from Staten Island's PS22 Chorus performed Martina McBride's Grammy-nominated cancer survivor anthem "I'm Gonna Love You Through It" for Adriana Lopez, a teacher who recently received a breast cancer diagnosis.
"When you feel lost and scared to death, like you can't take one more step, just take my hand, together we can do it - I'm gonna love you through it," the 5th-graders sang while waving pink flowers at the end.
