Wife makes desperate, unique plea to find kidney donor for husband
Two factors beyond anybody's control make finding a kidney for 57-year-old Sorin Malancioiu an especially difficult challenge. His blood type O is the most difficult to match, and he joined the organ donor registry just last year. It could take as long as six years for his turn.
